Board Members
Board of Directors Composition
 The Board of Directors shall consist of not less than 8 Directors and not more than 18 Directors.
For the purpose of electing Directors:
- Local Government members from cities may elect up to 1 Director from each city.
- Local Government members from towns or villages may elect up to 2 Directors.
- Local Government members from rural municipalities may elect up to 4 Directors.
- Local Government members from counties or municipal districts may elect up to 2 Directors.
- Local Government members from first nations may elect up to 2 Directors.
- Associate members may elect up to 1 Director.
- Members may elect up to 2 Directors at large.
